Shipping & Handling
Most in-stock items ship within 48 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 1-3 business days to process. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or nationally observed U.S. holidays.
Occasionally, items may be out-of-stock or backordered. You will be alerted in both instances, and in the event of a backorder, will be provided an approximate date of shipment.
Please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately if you have any changes to make to your order. No changes can be made to the order once the package has been shipped.
*By placing an order with ShopatMAP, the customer acknowledges and accepts all responsibility for the tracking of the package to be delivered to the destination given to ShopatMAP during checkout. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the Postal Service domestically or internationally.
- We offer domestic shipping at flat rate cost.
- International shipping costs will be applied accordingly. We offer international shipment to most countries around the world.
- There may be duties, VAT and taxes due at the time of delivery which you will be responsible for it’s payment. We encourage you to contact your local courier or customs bureau to inquire about possible import taxes and fees. ShopatMAP is not responsible for any import charges imposed by the courier and/or the local government on orders delivered to countries other than the United States.
- Please note that there are country-specific import restrictions and you should check if any such restrictions apply to your country of origin before placing your order. ShopatMAP is not responsible for any items being quarantined, destroyed or otherwise not delivered as a result of an import restriction of any country other than the USA.
You will receive a tracking number via email after your order has been shipped. Packages are sent from our warehouse in San Francisco, California.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for replacing lost or stolen packages if the shipping carrier can verify the package was delivered to the shipping address specified by the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
Your purchase not only helps empower striving artisans, but also impoverished children. We stand by the quality and origin of all the items sold on our site. Due to the fact that each product is handmade, colors and measurements may slightly vary.
Please note that each purchase enables you to extend a helping hand to a child or artisan in need, therefore, we consider each sale as a donation and final. However, if any issues occur with your order, please contact us at email@example.com. We will gladly refund your purchase.
Please allow up to three weeks for us to receive your return and process your request. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the cost of the product, plus taxes.
Damaged or defective items should be reported to us within 7 business days of receipt of the package. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make sure to make it right and exchange it for a lovely new item!

While we try to be as accurate as possible, we may occasionally make a mistake in fulfilling orders. If items are missing from your order, please contact us at email@example.com within 5 business days of receipt of the package to be issued a credit or to be shipped the correct item(s).
